SUMMER READING




Incoming 11th Advanced Placement Students: 

Read Snow Falling on Cedars by David Guterson

OR

Sophie’s World by Jostein Gaarder.

Be prepared to take a quiz on the first day of class in September.  You may read both books and earn extra-credit for the second book.

Incoming 9th Honors English Students:  Sign up and participate in the Anacortes Library’s Summer Reading Program, reading at least 15 hours over 8 weeks.  Bring your reading log with you on the first day of school in September.  For extra-credit read Sophie’s World by Jostein Gaarder as a part of your summer reading and be prepared to take a quiz on the book on the first day of school in September.
